There are some pretty bizarre moments in fashion photography, as we have seen on America’s Next Top Model. So we weren’t that surprised to see the never shy Paris Hilton pole dancing on a merry-go-round and lovingly clutching sand on the beach for photographer Ellen Von Unwerth. The heiress who has been busy in Cannes not promoting anything, because well, she is not an actress, has been hitting up parties like Diddy’s glam yacht extravaganza.
Acting may not be her forte but the Hilton heiress has set her sight on singing. World famous DJ Afrojack (who she is dating at the moment) recently gave his girlfriend some much needed props even if it was not really for vocal abilities, “She may not be a Celine Dion, but she knows how to perform on stage.” Yes, Celine Dion, who is the best-selling female artist of all time, she is not. Nepotism and connections will get you everywhere nowadays though. Paris has enlisted (paid) Snoop Dog and LMFAO to help produce a record that she tweeted “Sounds so sick!.” The irony of her choice words will surely never occur to her.
To her credit, she seems to be having a lot more fun than anyone else at the prestigious festival, and so would any other attendees if all they had to do was dance around and get paid all day.
