The indelible French je ne sais quoi of Sophia Theallet has once again wowed us. This time layering bias-cut frocks over turtlenecks, wrapping silk scarves as belts and mixing seemingly clashing hues like blood red, fuchsia and violet.
Thigh-baring slits and even some in the front of blouses were abound as well as some beautiful graphic prints, plenty of silk and a seemingly sheer draped Swiss-dot dress cinched at the waist.
The pattern that recurred on dresses and turtlenecks was a brocade pattern in various shades from gild to teal, red and violet.
The addition of a wrapped design element in the dresses was very interesting, giving them character without the Theallet woman having to manipulate the look herself or adding anything extra. With smoky makeup and pulled back hair and no jewelry accessories the clothes really spoke for themselves, proving again why the French brand is so loved season after season.
