Holiday cocktails are mandatory at any self respecting soiree. Whether you are hosting a small gathering or massive bash it’s time to break free of boring drinks and wow everyone with these simple but delicious cocktails.
All you need to perfect these fancy looking party favors is a cocktail shaker, ice and your favorite cocktail glasses. To go along with these yummy drinks, set out a few different cheeses, almonds, olives, pickles, chips and pretzels to nibble on.
Of course the most important factor is to relax and enjoy yourself.

3/4 cup frozen cranberry juice cocktail concentrate, thawed

Long Island Ginger Mint Iced Tea
- 4 bags of decaffeinated mint tea
- 1 4-inch piece of ginger root, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar or sugar substitute
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves plus sprigs for garnish
Pink Grapefruit Margarita
- 1 cup ruby red grapefruit juice
- 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lime juice (about 4 limes)
- 1 cup triple sec orange liqueur
- 3 cups ice
- 1 cup silver tequila
- 1 lime cut in wedges, optional Kosher salt
Combine the grapefruit juice, lime juice, triple sec and ice in a blender. Pour into a large pitcher (or just keep it in the blender) and pour in your favorite silver tequila, stir. If you don't like them slushy, just pour into glass over ice cubes.
If you prefer to rim the glasses take a lime wedge and rim, then dip in salt, if you do not like a salted rim sprinkle a touch of salt in each glass, the salt really brings out the flavor. Makes 4 drinks.
